What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always have my client write me their life story. It gives me the opportunity to learn more about them. It allows me to convey a more personal approach to the other side.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ten years of prior military service which has given me the tools to react to the most difficult situations appropriately, as well as a keen sense of attention to detail. Being in charge of soldiers introduced me to many types of personalities, situations, as well as, crisis management.
I am a well rounded individual who has experienced many things in life which allows me to adapt to situations as needed.

I price according to what an individual is charged with.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I believe everyone should have someone in their corner no matter what they are facing. Being prior military I still live by the the seven Army Values: loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity and personal courage.

Anywhere from Misdemeanor charges up to First Degree Murder
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I enjoy working with young adults and often check in with them to see how they are doing. I am very loyal to my clients and my philosophy is that once a client always a client and I always make myself available should they have questions well after their case is closed.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I tell clients that hiring a lawyer will be one of the most important things that they will ever have to do as to being charged with a crime can have lasting effects.
It's wise to find an attorney that they are comfortable with as to they will be sharing intimate details of their life which many times is important to their defense.
With any major life decision, it's important that you choose the attorney that you are most comfortable with and only you can make that decision.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It would be helpful for them to have a small notebook handy so when they think of a question they can write it down.
When someone has experienced a traumatic event, such as an arrest, that every question needs to be answered.
