Introduction: I am a private attorney with over 14 years experience in criminal defense, having successfully defended clients in general sessions and criminal courts in and around Nashville, Davidson County, including the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Tennessee. My home base office is located in Nashville, Davidson County. I also travel to all of the surrounding counties for misdemeanor and felony cases, including homicides, aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, and other crimes. I work very hard for my clients and do not flinch before the Court or when negotiating plea deals with the District Attorney. I have worked on cases with R. McGee and B. Ballinger, who have been mentors to me for the past 14 years.
My fee schedule is very fair and lower than most others with the same experience that I offer my clients and after paying half of the retainer fee I accept monthly payments.
