- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$25 a half hour for beginners and $40 an hour for those who already play.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what level they are at, and proceed accordingly. If they are beginners, I show them around the guitar, and teach them to get a sound out of it on the first lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied guitar with Joe Petrone, Bill Frenz, Howard Black, and Linc Chamberland, and got half of my graduation credits in Applied Major Guitar at Ithaca College with professor Steve Brown.
