Introduction: I am a CompTia A+ and Network+ certified network/computer technician. I also hold Microsoft certifications in Microsoft Server 2008 technologies. I have done many different types of hardware/software/networking jobs in the 20 or more years that I have been in the IT business.
I am currently taking "Cisco Academy" classes in Nashville with the goal of obtaining the CCNA certification in the near future.
Customer satisfaction is what I'm about. I don't "pass the buck", and I've never let a machine beat me. If it's broken, I'll fix it. Period.

Ron did a great job working on my computer. He was very courteous and helpful; taking the time to explain every step of the process and making sure my computer was consistently functioning properly. It was very refreshing to deal with someone who loves their job!
