- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a free over-the-phone consultation to discuss the customer project. Pictures of the project area are highly recommended for the consultation. Next, an action plan is created, and the organizing session is scheduled. Clients receive invoices, COVID release form, and customer agreements for electronic signatures!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my education and training has been through NAPO (National Association of Productivity and Organization). I’ve had on-the-job training as an independent contractor with Home Sweet Home. I also completed an Udemy online training course created by another Professional Organizer that I admire. I see every project as an opportunity to learn and grow!
