What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic residential inspection starts at $249, giving homeowners an affordable way to get professional insight into one of their biggest investments. Pricing is based on the size and scope of the property, with additional services available when needed. I believe in transparent pricing and explaining exactly what is included before the inspection so there are no surprises.
Every inspection includes a detailed digital report and my Delve Score, which helps you understand the overall condition of the property and prioritize what matters most.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make the inspection process simple, organized, and informative. I onboard each customer and send the agreement 24 to 48 hours before the inspection so they have time to review and ask questions. After the inspection, I offer a 15 minute follow up by phone, Zoom, or Google Meet to review the report and answer questions. I explain findings clearly without creating unnecessary fear, whether you’re a first time buyer, homeowner, landlord, or investor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my professional home inspection training and certification through Inspection Certification Associates (ICA) School. I also completed Tennessee’s required education and licensing requirements. My formal training is backed by nearly two decades of hands-on experience managing and inspecting residential properties, including work involving NSPIRE and HQS housing standards.
