- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1 Mover Labor no truck ($75hr) 2 Mover Labor no truck ($125hr) 2 Movers & truck ($165hr) 3 Movers & truck ($275hr) 4 Movers & 2 trucks ($320hr) Junk Removal ($90hr + Disposal Fee depending on weight) 2 person packing ($125 hr + Supplies) Veterans, family, referrals are all eligible for discounts! All pricing has a travel fee depending on the distance and prices are negotiable based on customer's situation. 2 hour minimum per job and the clock starts as soon as we arrive and do the walkthrough with customers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding what type of work is involved, whether that is local move, long distance move, business move, junk removal, packing, etc. Asking the customer date, time, and locations of pickup and drop off. Sending an inventory request through email or it can be down over the phone.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Realtors, small business owners, staging companies, non profit organizations, churches, apartments, condos, townhomes, new home owners, medical/dental field specialists, farmers, brokers. Basically, we have worked with a wide range of customers!
