FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Roof Bucks, we believe homeowners should understand exactly what they’re paying for before making a decision. Every roof and every home is different, so our pricing is customized based on the actual scope of work, not a one-size-fits-all number. We start with a complimentary, thorough roof inspection and provide a detailed estimate outlining our professional recommendations and available options. We believe in educating homeowners, not pressuring them and we’ll never recommend work we don’t believe your home needs. We also understand that a roof can be a significant and sometimes unexpected investment. That’s why we offer multiple payment and financing options, including 12 months with no interest and no payments for approved customers, so homeowners can choose an option that works best for their family and financial situation. We do not offer routine discounts because we believe the value of our work is worth the investment. We don’t cut corners, use high-quality materials and stand behind our workmanship with strong warranties. We’ll be the first to say that we are not the cheapest option available, but we are committed to providing quality work and maintaining some of the highest standards in the industry. We are proud to offer a military discount as a way to thank those who have served and continue to serve our country. We also offer a referral program, when you share the Roof Bucks name with friends or family and they become part of the Roof Bucks family, we’ll give you $500 cash. Most importantly, we believe in transparency. We discuss pricing, options and expectations upfront so there aren’t unexpected fees at the end of the project. Our goal isn’t simply to sell you a roof, it’s to help you make a confident, educated investment in protecting your home and the people inside it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Roof Bucks, our process starts with getting to know our customer and learning about their concerns, then education, transparency and understanding exactly what your home actually needs. We’re proud to offer a complimentary, comprehensive roof inspection so homeowners can make an informed decision without pressure. One of our roofing experts will thoroughly inspect your roof, taking 100+ photos to document its condition and capture the full scope of any damage, wear or areas of concern. We don’t stop at the exterior. We also inspect your attic space to evaluate your roofing system from the inside, including ventilation, intake and exhaust. Proper ventilation is an important part of protecting your roofing system and can help prevent excess heat and moisture that may contribute to problems such as mold, mildew or premature roof deterioration. Once the inspection is complete, we create a personalized recommendation and detailed estimate specifically for your home. When appropriate, we provide multiple solutions and financial options so you can choose what makes the most sense for your home, your family and your budget. We then schedule a time to review everything together with the responsible decision-makers and your Roof Bucks roofing expert. We walk you through what we found, show you the documentation, explain our professional recommendations and answer every question you have. Our goal is never to pressure you into a roof you don’t need, it’s to give you the information you need to make a confident, educated decision. Once you choose the option that works best for you, we can assist with financing, when needed and subject to approval, finalize payment arrangements and schedule your project. On installation day, our crew arrives first thing in the morning and prepares your property for the work ahead. We install a Catch-All protection system designed to help protect your home, landscaping and surrounding property from debris as your existing roofing materials are removed. Throughout the installation, we continue documenting the project step-by-step, including drone footage, so you can follow the progress and see exactly what is happening on your home. When the project is complete, we perform a final walkthrough, address any questions or concerns, thoroughly clean the property and work to leave your home better than we found it. Our relationship doesn’t end when your new roof, repair or maintenance project is finished. We welcome you into the Roof Bucks family and are here to help care for your roof for the long haul. From the first inspection to the final walkthrough and beyond, our goal is simple: clear communication, quality workmanship and 100% customer satisfaction. This is what sets us apart. This is why we do roofing different.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Roof Bucks, our team brings more than 30 years of combined experience in roofing, construction, home improvement and customer service. We are fully licensed and insured, hold our Tennessee General Contractor/Trade License and take the responsibility of working on someone’s home seriously. Our education doesn’t stop with experience or licensing. We believe the roofing industry is constantly evolving, which is why we are committed to continuing education and ongoing training to stay current with industry standards, building practices, installation techniques, ventilation requirements, roofing materials, technology and new innovations. Our team is trained to look at the entire roofing system, not simply the shingles. That means understanding proper ventilation and airflow, identifying potential moisture and water-damage concerns, evaluating repairs versus replacement and helping homeowners understand how to get the most life possible from their roofing investment. We also believe knowledge should be passed on to the homeowner. Our inspectors thoroughly document what they find, explain the condition of the roof, and provide personalized solutions so our customers can make an educated decision about what is best for their home and family. At Roof Bucks, we never want to stop learning. The more educated our team is, the better we can educate and serve our homeowners and ultimately protect what matters most, your family and your investment.
