We called a plumber to have them come out to fix a leak and they could not locate it and referred us to American Leake Detectors. Shane came out and within an hour he pinpointed our leaking spot in our water line. He did an outstanding job. When a plumber came out to fix the repair they stated that it was the wrong spot. Shane had no problem coming out again and if the had plumber dug another 6 inches down, he would have seen Shane had marked the spot perfectly. They had no problem coming out verifying that it was marked in the correct spot, even digging the last 6 inches,(Which they are not required to do) to show this is where the water was leaking out the line. I am so thankful and so relieved I called this company. Shane and Davey (who are absolutely amazing!!!!) came out to run a new water line through that had a leak. I was hearing the worst case scenarios from previous businesses I had contacted. They showed up, ran a new line, did not have to destroy my kitchen like we thought it might happen, and we’re in and out within an hour maybe an hour and a half?! They were so polite, professional and very knowledgeable of what they do. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing issues!

We had looked for 2 days for a leak we knew we had but with no luck. We called American Leak Detection, who came on-schedule, and they were able to quickly locate the leak. The repair has been made and thankfully our water bill should be going down!!!

For several months I noticed my water bill was higher than normal. At the recommendation of my plumber, I contacted American Leak Detection. They were able to schedule me just a few days after my call. The technician, Michael, was on-time, introduced himself and started to search for the look. It did take a little time as there is no magic to finding an underground leak. He marked the spot. The next day, the plumber arrived to make the repair. The leak was nearly 48" deep, and directly under a large piece of concrete debris. This made finding the leak more challenging, but Michael had marked the spot within 12". The leak was fixed and my water bill is back to normal. There was a small issue but after a short conversation with John, everything was quickly resolved. I recommend American Leak Detection should you ever find yourself in need of this service.
