What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Deposits are required to hold class time Discounted Package Pricing is Available During the Holiday season I am available for a free 20- minute first consultation or you can forgo the first consult if you are ready to start with lessons and just do your first lesson at half price for whichever time amount you choose. Discounted Monthly Package Rates are available for enrolled students or for packages purchased in advance for students doing two (2) or more lessons per week. * Rates for Individual Lessons: (pay as you go) $150/hour $125/45 mins $75/30 mins Package rate (A) (2022 PACKAGES PRICING) Four (4) 1-Hour Lessons $520.00 ($130 ea.) Four (4) 45-Min Lessons: $400.00 ($100 ea.) Four (4) 30-min Lessons: $260.00($ 65 ea.) If I can help answer any further questions you may have about the classes, please don’t hesitate to ask.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, my working with new clients is to start with an initial 30, 45, or 60- minute diagnostic lesson with every one of my prospective clients to ensure we are a good fit for one another. This initial diagnostic lesson will help us understand how I can best help you achieve your vision, if we are a good fit, and strategize how we're going to get there. If either one of us finds I am not the right expert for you, I will do my utmost to find a trusted colleague who may be.
