I am not in the business to just get your money I want my customers to be happy and if your not... I dont deserve to be paid. I will save you money anywhere I can because my goal is to build a relationship so when you need a handyman I am there for you and you can trust it will be done right at a price you are happy with. I dont cuss or swear so you wont hear foul language from me or anyone that works with me. I am not ashamed of being a Christian all my hope lies in Jesus Christ. I have a family of 5 I understand you don't want just anyone in your home. I have experience in most all areas of home repair with a strong background in ductwork, sheetmetal work(15 yrs) , sheetrock finishing and textures (13 yrs). If there is a job that I cant give a accurate estimate on I charge $55 per hour which covers labor, insurance, travel, business cost, ect and you will never see me not working! I have several regular customers that just call when they need me and I go to work with the agreement of $55
per hour. I also do some moving for people when requested but it's only if I can schedule it. The cost is $90 per hour for 2 men and $120per hour for 3 men. Thank you and God bless you!

Mr. Patton came and repaired some LVP flooring that was coming up and cracking. He pulled up a lot of the area, repaired some sub floor issues and replaced the LVP with some new floors. He did a fantastic job and is very meticulous with his work. Definitely would have him back.

Lennie is a great guy to have work done. It was freezing cold and despite being a popsicle, he hung my outdoor lights very well and also installed a fan for me. I highly recommend

We've had Lennie do a variety of exterior house repairs this summer. These were separate carpentry projects some of which were not routine had some challenge to it. His skills were always up to accomplishing an excellent job. We also were pleased with his work ethics that contrast with those of some other repairmen we had used where they would "hand us a line", not be dependable, etc.

I can not say enough good things about Lenny Patton. We bought our house in Tennessee while still living in Michigan and have been organizing most things remotely. Lenny remembers every detail of the jobs we discussed, did exactly what we asked for and went above and beyond in quality and workmanship. His communication is very prompt and he is as honest as the day is long. When I came down to Tennessee to deal with problems I was having with the movers he and his nephew jumped in and unloaded everything for me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are set to make a honest living and have happy, repeat customers. I never have or never will take advantage of homeowners.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off to talk to homeowner and get a good understanding of what they want then explain what supplies/material it will take and a time frame for completion. I will also ask if there is any animals or children in the home to take into account while working in the home. I also take the time to prepare for the job by covering furniture, floors ect and keep the home neat and clean. I think its as important to treat the home as if its your own as it is doing the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12+ yrs subcontractor ductwork installation, over 8 years finishing sheetrock, 3 years in residential home construction and many years of various jobs to expand my skill set including setting Monuments and gravestones, vehicle maintenance , brick and block masonry, tire industry (TPMS training and road force balancing training) building outdoor fireplaces and others. I take great pride in my work and have spent my life striving to do the best job possible. I have no desire to be rich I simply want to make a honest living and support my family to the best of my ability without compromising my morals and beliefs. I am a Christian man not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
