I had Timmy fix downed insulation under mobile home. I called and he was here within a few hours and had the job finished in about 1 1/2 hours. Very pleased with Timmys work and will call upon him again for sure. The price was excellent.

Timmy Seay and his crew came to my house and painted my shutters, repaired my roof and siding, clean my gutters, pressure washed and painted my deck. They were on time , professional and took pride in their work. Timmy gives a guarantee on his work and is not satisfied until his customer is satisfied. I would hire him again, and will in the future.

I had hired another Thumbtack "carpenter" to build me a set of stairs for my home. The City of Knoxville Building Inspector REJECTED my steps TWICE. I knew the man I hired could not do the job"up to code" I again went with Thumbtack,,, to find someone who could build me 6 stringer wood steps that would pass code,,,and look good! Mr Seay answered my prayers,,,and assured me that they would pass. And you know what,,,they did!! And they look good. I've got the best looking,,built to last many,many years,,,front porch steps on the block! For sure,,,if you need steps,,in the city of Knoxville,,,get him first. And save yourself the expense and humiliation of having to do it over. And over. He also has experience with other areas of home repair/improvement that I will be using in the near future,,,without the worry of having to redo it. So happy to have done business with him and his workers.

I try to be fair by thinking about how long the process will take and me and my men make a fair wage and be able to take care of our family's and I use men that have to take care of there family they like to make a good impression on our customers and they will stay with one job longer so I can train them to work with me like the gears in a clock work together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I all ways make conversation by talking about the project to make sure I now what want as an end result and at the same time they get to now me so they are more comfortable nowing I will do a perfect job for them letting them now its not always about the money but my reputation as a master carpenter
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated high school with a diploma and then after that it was all hands on training and I took a course in electrical and plumbing and pipefitting
