- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a 10% discount to first responders, veterans , animal rescue and people over 65.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the job I may come to your property to assess the job before giving you a bid. Once we've agreed on the terms, on the day of the job, I text my arrival time, what I will be driving and if another cleaner will be with me. Before starting, I do a walk through with the owner to determine what all they expect to be done. Once cleaning is completed I do another walk through so if there are any issues (which is rare) they can be addressed and corrected if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Walters State Community College and received my Associates degree in Hospitality and Business mgmt. I have worked in the cleaning and service areas of the hospitality industry for 45 years.
