Hal saved my life: our heat went out in the dead of winter. He came within a few hours and had the problem solved. I have a 15 year old unit, and I was dreading him trying to convince me to replace it, but instead, he located the trouble spots and had my old unit up and running. instead of doing the whole "it's cheaper in the long run to just replace," Hal was a true technician, and repaired a machine most big companies wouldn't bother with. then later on in the week I ran into some issues while trying to diy replace my thermostat. I tried to pay him to come help, but instead he walked me through the process on the phone AT 10PM!! until I had it installed properly. I'm sure there are millions of qualified hvac technicians in davidson county, but there are very few people that will work patiently with people on a smaller budget. If youre terrified of being gauged, call Hal and he will be there quickly and fix your problem without emptying your savings account. all my future hvac business will be with this company.

Hal contacted us back within 1 hour of posting for our HVAC unit. He had a cancellation and got here within an hour and got us fixed while we ate dinner. One of our outside Cooling unit's fans was not coming on. He found a short almost immediately and gave us peace of mind. He was very polite, respectful, experienced and informative of the issue within an hour of arriving. The cost was very fair. Everything is working beautifully now. I would definitely refer Hal. He is now our HVAC guy. ;)

Hal was better than I could have expected! Within minutes I could tell he was personable, business savvy and had great depth of knowledge. I studied some technical stuff in college and he was great about explaining the thermo dynamics of my system and naming components to me while doing his work. We took a look at the name plates for my heat pump unit outside and came in to check the dampers and coils for my closet unit. After comparing services of other pros for my general maintenance project, Hal beat them on price for an equivalent service and left me feeling taken care of. Thanks Hal!
