- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we are a company of integrity, honesty, genuineness and transparency. We do not lead are customers on to something they don’t need but offer them a great product at a fair price. We are all about doing right by our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is we set up an appointment, one of our sales reps comes out to your home and we give you a free estimate. No high sale pitch or start at a high number and drop it down. You will get honesty and transparency from us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are two owners and a operations managers with over 15+ years in the industry of construction and exterior homes(gutters and gutter protection). We will be able to educate you on what’s best for you and your project.
