Drum Lessons

Lael is, hands down, awesome! I've only been taking drum lessons with him for a short while, but, so far, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Drums are new to me, but the world of private music lessons are not. When I was younger, I took private lessons for violin and guitar...went through a slew of instructors, but none come close in comparison to Lael. It's very apparent that music and teaching is his passion. He truly puts his heart and soul into this business. The structure of his music program is very well planned and impressively professional. The energy he brings into teaching is magnetic; he has a magical way of making sure you leave your lessons more excited than when you arrived. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone!

Drum Lessons (for adults)

Drum Kit lessons with Lael is fantastic! He listened to my desired goals, took notes, and by the end of our 1st session had a beginning plan developed for me to reach them. He carefully dissected everything from our discussion and custom taylor a plan for me. He has a genuine best regard for the students safety, well being, and quest in learning percussion. Hire him....you will not be disappointed!

Drum Lessons (for adults)

Lael took the time to find out what it was I personally wanted to work at and improve on and has based lesson plans to achieve those goals. He has pinpointed certain techniques in my playing that could be more effective that I would've never identified myself, then helped me correct them. Lael is very communicative and friendly; there have been no instances of dissatisfaction on my end. I would recommend Lael as a drum teacher for anyone who is trying to get the same experience out of lessons as me.
