Steve replaced an entire subfloor for us. The house has settled so he had to level the subfloor from the joist up. He also installed vinyl plank flooring. All went very smoothly and he did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier.

Steve is great! He was punctual to the job, had great communication, very knowledgeable in woodworking/carpentry and handled all of my home inspection report repairs with ease. The quality of his work is top notch. He is honest and a very hard worker. The price he charged me for the work was extremely reasonable. He did such a great job and completed everything with such efficiency that I ended up giving him more money than he quoted me as a gratuity. To say that I am extremely happy with the results would an understatement. If you need any work done around your home Steve is the guy to hire!

Steve did an amazing job on screening in our patio. He came up with creative solutions to difficult areas of the patio and paid very close attention to detail. Steve is clearly very experienced, works quickly and is very respectful. We love our new screened in patio and I can’t thank him enough for the outstanding job! I would recommend him to anyone.

Steve did a great job. I will be sure to use him again in the future. He came out did the job and answered questions about materials that would be needed to complete it. Gave some helpful advice about getting how to dispose of some old lights on site for scrap.

Each job is different and the degree of difficulty changes. Prices are based off of fair market price for the area .We Work with our customers to accommodate their needs within a budget that is reasonable to their needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customers discuss their needs and get a good feel for what they are trying to accomplish. I like to go over the pros and cons involved and come up with a good solution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an A.A.S degree in industrial electricity along with 27 years of industrial commercial and residential construction experience
