For quality, safety, and warranty reasons, Eco Air Heating & Cooling does not take over or complete installations that were started by another contractor, and we do not install or commission systems using customer-supplied equipment or materials. At this time, we also do not install mini-split or ductless systems.

Very quick response to my request for service, great follow through and arrived ahead of schedule. Lucian was incredibly professional and showed an in depth knowledge of my system. He worked quickly and diagnosed the problems. He then gave me a fair quote for the additional work and completed the job in a timely manner having all necessary parts in his van. I am totally pleased with this service and would highly recommend the company to anyone who wants an honest hardworking technician.

I have so many great things to say about Luke. Our 20 year old HVAC died and we were without heat (including 2 kids under 5). We knew it was time to replace it. We have a pretty big system. 3 floors, 3 zones, 3 thermostats, dampers. We called multiple companies. Some never called back and some had decent prices but were kind of rude. Lead times were far out. Right off the bat Luke answered quickly listened and came out the next day. He thoroughly explained everything with detail. Was very professional gave his honest opinion. Didn't push to upsale which can be annoying. Was upfront and honest about prices and very fair. He installed our unit the next week. His communication was excellent. You can tell he really knows what he's doing. The quality of his work is great and very precise. When he says he'll be there at 10am, he is. A lot of other contractors give you a wide range. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

Luke was AWESOME! He came after we had gotten a bid from our prior HVAC company. They wanted us to replace our entire system and Luke was honest and open about everything and told us what we really needed to do. If you're looking for someone to work on your heating and/or air, Luke is your guy. =)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the homeowners need's and or want's with their budget in mind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone reaches out, I start with a quick chat to understand their needs and keep their budget in mind. I also make sure the project is a good fit, since I don’t take over work started by other contractors, install customer-supplied equipment or materials, or install mini-split/ductless systems at this time.
If it’s a match, I stop by to take a look, go over a few options with clear pricing, and answer any questions. If everything sounds good, we pick a day and get it done — simple, honest, and stress-free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are EPA refrigerant certified along with an ACCA brazing certification.
We also take continuing education classes in order to keep our Business license up to date.
We hire Nate certified technicians.
You should feel secure in knowing all your current and long term comfort needs are being met or exceeded.
