- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique and every job is priced accordingly. We work within each client's budget to achieve their goals and objectives. We are very open and transparent about our pricing. Once a project is booked, you will know exactly what it will cost. We would never ask for a blank check from you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
People do business with people. 95% of our initial interaction is face to face. It is very difficult to establish the proper relationship over the phone or via text and e-mail. Not every job is for us and we are not the contractor for every job. We like to get to know our clients and really understand what they are wanting to achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold licenses for Home Improvement, Heating, AC, and Plumbing. We are properly licenesed for the work we do and carry appropriate insurance.
