- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes: 1 visit a day is$35.00, 2 visits a day would be $50.00, and Overnights are $60.00, that includes 2 pets, any additional pets would be $3.00 per pet per day. I charge a surcharge of $10.00 for Holidays.Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, will be a $25..00 charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrange for a meet and greet with them and their pets, so the pets and their owners can get to know me . I also have them fill out a contract and some paperwork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up with many types of animals, and have had animals all my life. I have grown up with Dogs, cats, horses, a donkey,a rabbit, pigs, cows ,goats, geese,turtle,fish. I am also Certified in Pet CPR and First Aid
