What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is for the trio, although we are able to reduce to a duo, or expand further to incorporate drums and/or saxophone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are adaptable to most spaces, although it's good to know the nature of the event, and roughly how many guests will be present. Once we know that, it's just planning the timing of the sets and any likes/dislikes that the client has in terms of music. All that said, the best approach for most gigs is to feel it out - experienced players can typically what does and doesn't work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years of professional experience in performance, but also live sound and working with clients.
