We hired the right company to fix up our old house. They did a great and timely job on our kitchen and bathroom floors. They also did a great job painting the entire house inside and outside! I had these guys bail me out of a jam I had gotten myself into with some electrical work. I had one contractor leave me hanging for weeks (6 weeks to be exact). Found these guys called them, they came, they saw, they did. What set MCH apart for me is that they did what they said they were going to do and did it when they said they were going to do it. Its amazing that this is still not the norm for contractors these days. But MCH Restored my confidence, at least for the time being.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to meet the client, listen to their need, and understand their requests. In the process we try to educate our client on the different technical aspects of their project including realistic exectations regarding time and cost. Our goal is to have a great experience with each client so that they would be willing to refer us to a friend.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a state licensed general contractor. We also are a state licensed plumbing, electrical, HVAC contractors. We are continually learning about new processes within each craft to increase our proficiencies.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got into this work in order to provide income for a local non-profit organization. All of our guys work on living wages (we ask for what we need) and all excess goes to support international and local relief efforts for the poor and needy. We wanted to gain skills and at the same time generate real income for the non-profit organization.
