- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge $40 per hour for most of my services. I have a one hour minimum and then, I bill to the quarter hour thereafter. This does not include any parts or hardware beyond a little bit of tape, adhesive or a few screws.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to get as much information as possible about the job in order to properly plan and prepare so that all materials are present at the start of the job in order to finish the job correctly and as efficiently as possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working as a jack of many trades since I was about 10 years old. I grew up assisting my father, grandfathers and uncles with remodeling projects, repairs to homes and cars, and many other jobs such as landscaping and yard work.
