Eli mounted and installed (5) television screens in my home. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful when explaining all install options. Initially I purchased wall mounts online for each television, however, the mounts that I purchased did not allow as much flexibility when centering the television screens in the desired area. Eli was very clear on explaining what would happen if we installed the existing mounts and the number of inches it would be off center if he proceeded to install. His company does offer mounts and he explained the benefits, however, it did not fall within my budget for installation. Eli then went OVER AND BEYOND by driving to the local Walmart with me to purchase wall mounts that would work as a better option and fall within my budget. I am extremely satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy professional who can get the job done right. Thanks Eli!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe our pricing is reasonable. Since our line of work varies drastically, it may require a site visit to determine unforeseen costs. For example, a TV mounted on drywall with wooden studs might be priced differently than a TV mounted on drywall with metal studs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After getting in contact with the customer, we can arrange a time and place to see the job and determine what will be required to complete it. After that we can schedule the job. A lot of the times it can be scheduled for same day installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although a specific trade school for our line of business doesn’t really exist, I have had the opportunity to take many supplementary lessons online, or in class settings. I have had the opportunity to attend Maverick Technical Institute as well.
