- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in up front pricing. We will give you a total job cost before any work done. This way there are no surprises and you can safely budget for your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Elect Plumbing communication is very important. For this reason, we prefer to come to your house to give you an estimate. We will call you and set up a time to meet. If you prefer a ball park price on the phone we will give you one at your request. However, we will pin down a total job cost and communicate it in writing before work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of field experience. In addition to that, I completed the plumbing program at Palomar College. I am a Moen certified service and repair plumber. I have been trained and certified for the following; Noritz tank-less water heaters. P.E. socket fusion, TRAC Pipe CSST gas pipe, confined space entry, excavation competent person, USN fire fighting and InSinkErator garbage diposals.
