- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is all-inclusive, meaning the price on the quote includes installations, any maintenance necessary while the lights are up, and take down, and any lighting power cords, timers necessary for your display are priced in for that season. We are fully service based and do not sell the lights; in order to provide the most peace of mind and a totally seamless experience all lighting and any service necessary is built into the price year over year. This way we take care of every aspect of the service and all you do is enjoy Christmas with your family!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a simple roofline design that is a picture of your home with red lines showing where the lights will be installed. we custom fit the lights to your home at installation so this shows you exactly the value your receiving.
