- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with customers who primary concern is quality results and a seamless customer service experience from the first call through the entire process. My customers understand that a premium service will carry a slightly higher cost, but would rather make the purchase that gives them the quality results they are looking for to begin with.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When purchasing a service, buying the cheapest is often the wrong choice for many reasons; cheap services are rushed and many shortcuts are taken to remain profitable with that model. This point is often overlooked during the purchase process; buying a service is not the same as buying a generic commodity or staple, quality results and customer experience should be your primary concern. I am not a cheap guy and guarantee every customer’s satisfaction with everything we do. It’s so frustrating to buy something and not being satisfied with the results! That’s why I have completely removed this from my customer experience.
