- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service Call Fee(Trip & Diagnosis) $65.00 Additional charges: Labor Rate $60 per hour, 30 min intervals. Part prices will vary along with shipping rates for the part.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll call the customer to set up a time and verify the address. I like to find out all I can about the appliance and the customers complaint prior to the service call in order to be prepared to make for an easy repair process. When the time arrives, I will come to the customers home and troubleshoot the appliance. Once I have diagnosed the issue, I will explain the diagnosis to the customer and discuss what is pricing and parts needed for the repair. Once the parts arrive, I call and set up a time to do the repair.
