I worked with Mark at Kyles investigations. We were having difficulty locating a person for service of process. Mark took what little information I had, and in less than a hour had located the person and delivered a detailed report, showing not only the person’s address but also many other useful information about the person. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing as an investment that will yield a return, not just an expense.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Mark will reach out customer through Thumbtack and/or their contact and confirm the hire. Mark will speak to the customer to confirm the main objectives of the request of service. Mark ask the customer to send the information needed to get started on the case. Once Mark completes the instructions, Mark will notify the customer. Then Mark and the customer will complete the pay and deliver their results to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mark has been a license private investigator in the State of Tennessee over 25 years. We have to complete education every two years to obtain license.
