HIS EMPLOYEE STOLE MY WALLET
I hired him expecting a smooth and honest experience. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. While he was helping me with my washer, his employee (a teenager) asked to use my bathroom and stole my wallet out of my bag. I reached out to him immediately, but never go my wallet back.
This is not just about poor service — it’s about a complete lack of integrity and accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Trust is everything when you’re letting people into your business, and unfortunately, I learned that the hard way. 0/10
