My project included tear out and install of new carpet in an office building I own located in Brentwood, TN. I was working with a tight timeline in order to meet my new tenants schedule. Kevin, Marcia and their crew did exactly what I needed and more importantly exactly what they said they could and would do. Great communication and follow-up.

We moved from Chattanooga to Brentwood and needed most of our new house recarpeted between closing and moving. Kevin and Marcia made the process of selecting carpet and coordinating installation so easy. I was assured that the carpet could be installed just a few days after ordering it and taking measurements of the house. Indeed, the previous carpet was removed and new installed all in one day and on the day agreed upon. Our house was move-in ready on the day that we needed and that's all I could ask for. The quality of the carpet and pricing is outstanding. I'm very pleased with hiring Country Floor Direct.

I have the easiest most straight forward pricing I could think of. Its almost all installed pricing and if there are any extras they are listed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend most of the time trying to get to know the customer and what they want and what their needs are before I begin to show them what I think best fits their needs.
