I cannot say enough great things about Legacy. This was my first Airbnb project. They walked me through the whole process and made it so easy. They handle everything for me while keeping me informed. The legacy team is top tier! My short term rental was not doing well, honestly I almost gave up and put it on the market. I decided to try one last Hail Mary and let me tell you- Legacy DIDNOT disappoint. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial inquiry, we do a live Zoom Call with the potential client to go over all of our services and show realistic comps/expectations for the specific property. From there, we answer any and all questions that the potential client might have and if they would like to move forward we can have the property live in less than 1 week.
