What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I make sure I give a fair price based on yard size, any special issues like steep terrain etc, travel (if excessive, and I am willing to negotiate to satisfy any customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically go out and talk with the customer. I look at their lawn and surrounding areas. I talk with the customer about the services we provide and the services our customers are looking for. We then come to an agreement on price and begin service as soon as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in lawn care all of my life. I have operated this business since 2011. I have several residential clients and I do a great deal of work for Realtors in our area. I also have a Public Relations degree from ETSU.
