Was very concerned with the repair of my roof, Bruce called and came out same day!!! And fixed the major issues we were having, gave positive tips and information on how to save money with future maintenance work with the roof. He was very kind and down to earth, and just did and outstanding job and very professional.

Bruce and his foreman were very professional and courteous. They spent several hours fixing my leaking roof and it appears to be fine-I'm supposed to report back next time we get a rain, just to make sure things are fine. Added a drip edge, which was great. A very reasonable rate. Very satisfied.

I called KC during a rainstorm when my upstairs ceiling started leaking badly. Bruce did come out promptly and his worker went up on the roof during a lull in the rain. He told me he was "confident" that he had fixed the problem. I was charged over $500.00, which I paid. Later that night, the rain began again and so did the leak. Early the next morning the ceiling collapsed. I texted Bruce (his company is based in TN) and told him, and his only response was "Is it raining now?" At this point, I did not have any faith in this company taking care of the problem, so I called a local company. They came out and looked at the roof and told me that all Bruce had done was nail down a few loose shingles and put caulk in a few places. Not $500.00 worth of work. The new company said that the roof was in such poor condition (which Bruce had also pointed out) that there was no way to accurately tell where the leak was coming from. Too many possibilities, and too much damage. They tarped the roof, and I have scheduled them to replace it. I asked Bruce for a refund, and he refused. He did finally agree to refund half of my money, but this has been over a month ago, and it appears he does not intend to refund anything. Very disappointing.

We contacted Bruce regarding roof repair, which only required the elimination of 2 leaks in the ceiling. He took $600 for 1 hour worth of work and using silicone at the site of the leaks, stated that it should entirely solve the problem, and provided a 2 year warranty. When it started raining (less than a month after repair), the leaks emerged at the same spots. When we contacted Bruce again, his roofer went through the same routine, after which the leaks worsened. We received absolutely no results after spending $600, therefore we requested to have our money back. Not only did he refuse to give our money back, but he also rudely refused to provide the promised service that should have been covered by the 2 year warranty. We attempted to call Bruce and contact him via email on multiple occasions, all of which were ignored. To say that we are disappointed in the service and conduct of the thieves that pose themselves as a decent company is an understatement. I'm certain we are not the only victims of this. These people are not professionals - they make money on trusting clients.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, each job entails different things usually the price we give is foe specific job like cut down 1 tree 26 feet an haul off 175 bucks. Now come to another with a roof with a leak missing shingles it's very general hard to give a fair estimate with out seeing roofs, painting jobs, pressure washing. The estimate we give over phone before seeing the job is a rough idea the more we know about the job the easier it is to be fair an not over charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just making sure home/business owner knows we are not 2 guys in a pick-up. We do what we say, an always respectful an honest up front.
