Shannon company representative responded fast to my request with a very reasonable quote. An appointment was scheduled for Raymond (company owner) to meet with us to check our property and see if we had any special requests. The appointment was scheduled for Saturday morning as both my husband and I work, even though Raymond and his family had plans to leave that morning to go out of town.
