I recently had air conditioning issues that needed to be diagnosed and fixed. Im truly grateful that TJ was the technician sent out by my home warranty via Greenway Mechanical Services. (I guess this review is moreso on a specific tech) With the high summer temps it can feel like an urgent matter. Luckily TJ was able to come out even earlier than the original window my insurance provided. TJ was honest, professional and great at communicating from start to finish. I appreciate him sharing what exactly was going on as he seems passionate about the work hes doing. As soon as the part came in he contacted me to schedule follow up. He is super knowledgeable, not just about HVAC systems, but home repair in general. He made a solid first impression of Greenway.He has also assisted me with a couple fixes around the house that made me so happy, and I would certainly contact him again the next time I need any other repairs. I trust his expertise and would feel confident in him getting the job done efficiently while taking multiple factors into consideration. Highly recommend!
