- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair because I come from a poor household so I know what it's like to need things done at a low cost but also done correctly and effective so repairs aren't needed to maintain what's been done so the work remains quality and safe without cutting corners
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get there name, get to know them on a personal level then from there I like to learn about their current situation and why they need what they are requesting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed two years of electrical school. 1 year with ABC and another with IEC.
