George and his partner were both great. They responded almost immediately to my request and worked with me to find an appointment time that worked for me the next day. They drove through a heavy thunderstorm and arrived exactly when they said they would. They resolved my electrical issue within 30 minutes of arriving at my house and showed me that everything tested perfectly. They were punctual, professional, cordial, and all for an extremely reasonable price. I could not recommend George Electric more.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair because I come from a poor household so I know what it's like to need things done at a low cost but also done correctly and effective so repairs aren't needed to maintain what's been done so the work remains quality and safe without cutting corners
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get there name, get to know them on a personal level then from there I like to learn about their current situation and why they need what they are requesting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed two years of electrical school. 1 year with ABC and another with IEC.
