- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ask about my Veteran, Active Duty, Law Enforcement, Teacher, or Fire Fighter Discounts. I also work with elderly on fixed incomes on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to try to understand the customers wants from their external cleaning. Once I am on property, I ascertain my ability to meet the customers expectations. If I feel I am unable to meet those expectations, I reach out to the customer to explain any concerns that may be warranted. If we can come to an understanding of expectations, I generally move forward with the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started exterior cleaning in Florida in 2012. This was after I left the Air Force, our main focus was on multi-million dollar resorts and beach homes. I went through extensive training on safety and property protection. I continue to go to training events to enhance my knowledge and skills so that I can provide the best cleaning available for your property.
