- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give options. Hourly, flat rate, not-to-exceed, rate by weight, and cost per mile are all good and useful ways to ensure satisfaction and instill confidence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I wrap and usually load the biggest piece shortly after introduction, then everything is downhill!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have way too much to list, and more than I'll probably ever need again haha
