FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Atomic Electric Service, we believe customers deserve clear and honest pricing. We offer flat-rate pricing with detailed, upfront estimates — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. Every project is quoted based on industry standards and real-world experience, not guesswork. We don’t offer discounts because we price every job fairly for every customer, every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Atomic Electric Service, we believe a good start leads to a great finish. Our process with new customers is straightforward and efficient: 1. Initial Consultation — We schedule a site visit to review your project in person, listen to your needs, and answer any questions you have. 2. Detailed Estimate — After the visit, we provide a clear, written estimate based on the exact scope of work — no ballpark guesses. 3. Approval and Scheduling — Once you approve the estimate, we finalize scheduling and prepare all materials needed to complete the job without delays. 4. Professional Execution — If the repair or project allows, we plan to complete the work during our first visit. Otherwise, we schedule the work as quickly as possible to minimize downtime. 5. Final Walkthrough — We review the finished work with you to ensure your satisfaction before we consider the job complete. We believe doing things right the first time saves everyone time, money, and frustration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
