I dont just document lives and weddings. I create couple's first heirlooms and distinctly unique portraits of individuals of all ages. I mentored full time for a year and a half to learn photography and the business of it before opening my own studio. My preparation is extremely important to me in producing beautiful results. I guarantee proof viewing in 2 weeks of a portrait sitting or wedding and work with several professional labs to deliver top quality products.

Angela Dawn portraits is a located just north of West Knoxville. It was a short drive up Pellissippi. AngelaDawn and her husband are kind, friendly, and professional. They have a wonderful studio. The head shots of my daughter are lovely, and they were delivered on time.

We hired Angeladawn Russell to take photos of our Family at a vacation spot on Norris Lake in TN. There were 22 of us ranging in age from 9 to 80, We have done this several different times, and I must say she was the BEST we have ever had. Very professional, but very warm and caring. Our session was over 3 hrs. long, she was very patient, and very talented with a camera. We never felt rushed, she was very quick to do poses that we suggested and we were all very comfortable with everything she ask us to do. We were very impressed with her personality, kindness and willingless to accomadate. I can't think of one thing that we would have changed. She traveled 30 miles, was on time, and spent a lot of time making sure we were satisfied with what she was providing us with. Her prices were very affordiable and we couldn't have been more pleased with her services. She has gone the extra mile to help us with our purchases, giving us options on our packages. She derserves FIVE stars. Thanks to you "Thumbtack" for having her in your system! And thanks to Angeladawn for being just what we were looking for.

Working with AngelaDawn was quite an unexpected pleasure. Having worked with other photographers in the past - where the experience was uncomfortable and the photos less than I had hoped for - working with AngelaDawn and her husband-assistant was wonderfully surprising.
