Corey and his team are excellent! They did a “deep clean” at our house today and my wife and I were shocked at how clean, fresh smelling and beautiful our house is after their service. I am so happy to have found the Green Clean effect. They came in, got started and did a terrific job on their first (but not last) time in my home. The deep clean was unbelievable. It would have taken me days or longer to accomplish what I just cannot do anymore. A better job was done than I could have ever completed. I am anxious for them to come back in two weeks. Still have some detail I plan to do so they can take that over too ! Very friendly, enjoy what they do and I was so happy and proud to have them. Any doubt about us ring they should be put aside. The Green Clean Effects are really an excellent team. They did a deep cleaning for me today and I was very happy with their cleaning service. Cleaning service did a nice job overall. There were a couple of small tasks that were overlooked but not a big deal given the large scale of work to be done. Loved the fact that they use all natural products and my house smelled nice and clean. Note: after speaking with them about the project, I found that I had miscommunicated on my expectations about a specific room so I'm changing the rating to 5 stars based on the overall job. I am very pleased with the service and will be using them for recurring cleanings in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on multiple factors. The square footage, # of bedrooms and bathrooms, condition of the home, amount of people in the home, number of pets in the home, and the frequency/reoccurring cleanings are all taken into account when figuring out pricing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first cleaned homes at an early age of 13. In Florida, my mother owned a housekeeping company and since I was home schooled, I would work with her cleaning homes, vacation rentals, and offices. While in college, I worked for a cleaning company in South Carolina for about 2 years. I then decided to open up my own cleaning company when I was about 21. I started The Green Clean Effect Of Charleston with the help of my business partner Corey which is currently running in South Carolina to this day. Recently, The Green Clean Effect Of The Smokies was opened. This is my second location in Knoxville, Tennessee. We have crews that take care of cleaning, junk removal, pressure washing, and window cleaning.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking to hire a cleaning company, there are many things you should consider. First, you should make sure that you check reviews. A simple Google search will direct you to reviews of a company from different sites such as Yelp, Google, and any other advertising platform that companies use. Second, ask the provider if they will be sending the same team each time to clean. You do not want to hire a company that constantly sends different people. The quality of work needs to be consistent.
