- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to us as service professionals to understand exactly what our customer is looking to achieve with their project. Once we've clearly established the goals, we can then formulate a process to achieve those goals. Lastly, we execute. Exceeding our customers' goals, cleaning up our mess, and leaving the property in a better condition than we arrive set us apart from our competition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On staff, we have a Mauget certified plant health specialist, and Tennessee Department of Agriculture certified and licensed horticulturalist, and a certified arborist. We are heavily equipped to tackle all tree related needs.
