- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a one man with a van show so my overall cost is low and I pass the savings down to you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
on the day of the appointment ill call about 30-60 minutes in advance to get you know I'm on my way and when i show up i try to park in the street if its safe to do so, but if not ill park in the driveway being mindful not to block you in or block access to the garage incase someone needs to leave or pull in. during the diagnostic i take pictures so that way i can show you what i found to help build trust and a long term relationship
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i went to electrical school, Hvac school, got my epa certification and my hvac contractor license through the state!
