- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically don't charge a travel fee unless it's a good distance from me. My pricing is based on the complexity of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to the client directly. Then after hearing what is going on I will give him an estimate or make an appointment to go look at the issue to be sure I know what is happening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Passed test for Master Electrician in 2003. 40 yrs work experience
