I used TFS pros, Colleen specifically, for my taxes back in 2024 and since then I wont go to anyone else. She is very responsive, if I have any questions about new tax laws Ive heard about (tax on overtime just changed for example) she takes her time to thoroughly explain it, and if she also doesnt know, she will go out of her way to learn and apply any benefits you can think of. I understand most people use whoevers going to get the the most money back, thats TFS pros. Using TurboTax or HR block, I would be lucky to get half of what shes been getting me the last two years, and for an even better price. Absolute best value to the service provided, thank you again Colleen and Ill be using TFS for the future, highly recommend to anyone else as well.
