I found water in my kitchen floor and the source was my refrigerator. The ice had melted and drained down. I called Fuse and the man who answered took me through a series of questions. Actually, he was problem-solving as we talked. We concluded the conversation with a technician scheduled for the following day and with suggestions for me to try and re-boot my refrigerator. By evening my refrigerator was making ice again. I am so appreciative of his problem-solving skills. He saved me the cost of a repair visit. I will definitely call Fuse again for repairs. Thank you!

My unit froze up and stopped working so I checked nextdoor to see who people in my neighborhood suggested. Fuse had positive reviews so I contacted them. Vitaly promptly replied to my message and had availability the next afternoon to come out. The service call fee was reasonable and waived if hired to do repairs. Vitaly arrived on time, was very polite and professional, and asked questions about the unit before he got started. He assessed the unit inside the house and outside and came to the conclusion that the outside portion needed cleaning and a freon charge. He confirmed the work and fee before he started. Our unit is 15 years old and hadn't had service in a long time. After Vitaly cleaned it, it came on and was cooling correctly. I have added pics of before and after cleaning.
