We recently hired Ron to finish our basement and install engineered hardwood flooring in our bedroom. We could not be happier with the work he has done! Our bedroom floors are absolutely gorgeous! He worked quickly and was very efficient, and was also very fair in his pricing. As for our basement, every day we look at it, we love it more and more. Ron does beautiful work, and is always readily available to discuss design options and give ideas and suggestions on how to make the basement even more beautiful than it already looks. Ron is very knowledgeable and professional in the work that he does, and we have been very glad we decided to hire him. I will be calling him to do further work in my home and recommending him to friends and family.

Found Ron Scherer of RCS Drywall and Construction through Thumbtack and boy am I glad I did!Ron was professional, respectful of our schedule, helpful with suggestions and a great problem solver!! Our home problem was water leaking like a sieve through our upstairs bathtub through the ceiling below; had a remodel in 2005 and some of the job was less than an Amazing Bath. Ron was able to analyze the work and help me to keep the good and repair the bad. (This was so appreciated because I had an unexpected sewer problem only days before.) Ron impressed me with his integrous work ethic and meticulous expertise. He assisted me in blending old materials with new to keep me on budget; my daughter and I had fun picking a border that brought it all together. Ron needed to retrofit the new bathtub and did an excellent job as well as blending a bathtub floor border with existing tile.He also replaced ersatz exhaust fan and did painting, light replacements as necessary. He did a wonderful job repairing our pealing ceiling and smoothing it to a beautiful finish. We have found a new friend in Ron Scherer. Thanks again, Ron. Won't hesitate to call on you again...hmmm, dining room light may be next.😊

I was looking for a great contractor and also someone I felt comfortable having in my house. Ron was both! I highly recommend Ron. He installed my cabinets and my backsplash. He also did a little plumbing work for us. I am highly satisfied with my kitchen!
