Lightening fast response, after my Thumbtack inquiry, AZ Air Duct Cleaning TN, soon called and sent a technician out the next day on the weekend. The only company of the three I called that did. The technician, honestly one of the nicest, most courteous and respectful young man I have had the pleasure of doing business with, explained the process thoroughly, inspected the ducting, taking photos to show the incredible mess we had in the system. There was fiberglass sparkling like glitter, thick drywall dust, pet hair in abundance, I was shocked. The cleaning was surprisingly quick and no where near as messy as I feared it would be! The tech cleaned up well after his work and was very conscious of his surroundings with his tools, not banging around on the woodwork, etc, which I appreciated vey much Owner of the company is a very congenial and easy to deal with gentleman. He is very customer satisfaction oriented. Yes you should hire them as I did, no regrets here, very satisfied, TOP NOTCH!
