What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love communicating through email or texting but would prefer a phone call from the potential customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All photographers have their Certified Professional Photographers certification through PPA.
Melissa has her BS degree.
Don is working toward his Associate degree.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Don and Melissa started the business 22 years ago when shooting a wedding for a couple they went to church with. They loved it. They began the business part time and then grew it to full time.
